What equipment do I need?

We have gloves wraps and skipping ropes etc that you can use or buy so at first all you need will be comfortable work out clothes and runners.

When can I compete and what if I don’t want to?

You will have to have at least 50 rounds of sparring to be ready for competition.
If you don’t feel ready or you simply don‘t want to compete it’s fine! Our door is open to all.
