Welcome to Westchester Lions Den, located at 11 Airport Road, Edmonton, Alberta. We are a non-profit amateur boxing gym dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for members of all ages and skill levels. By registering as a member, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
Membership Agreement
As a member of Westchester Lions Den, you agree to the membership fees, payment schedule, and terms laid out at the time of registration. We offer memberships for youth, adults, seniors, and families, tailored to your needs.
Code of Conduct
All members are expected to respect the gym, its equipment, and fellow patrons. Aggressive or harmful behavior, destruction of property, and unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or termination of membership.
Cleanliness and safety are essential; please sanitize equipment after use and report any damages immediately.
Assumption of Risk
Boxing and fitness activities come with inherent risks. By becoming a member of Westchester Lions Den, you acknowledge these risks and agree that the gym, its staff, and its trainers will not be held liable for any injuries sustained during regular activities, classes, or events.
Medical Information
Members are required to inform Westchester Lions Den of any medical conditions that could affect their ability to participate in boxing or fitness programs. By signing this agreement, members confirm that they are in good health and able to participate in gym activities.
Cancellation Policy
Membership cancellations must be requested in writing and are subject to the terms outlined in your membership agreement. Refunds are granted at the discretion of Westchester Lions Den management.

Your personal information, including contact details, will be used solely for communication regarding gym activities, class reminders, promotions, or emergencies. We take your privacy seriously and will not share your data with third parties without your consent.
Termination of Membership
Westchester Lions Den reserves the right to revoke membership at any time for violation of these terms, including non-compliance with the code of conduct or failure to disclose relevant medical conditions.
